Nalley Consulting is seeking an All-Source Analyst for JBAB, Washington, DC. The role requires Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph; current CI poly is highly prioritized. A Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of all-source analytics, or 7+ years without a degree, is required.

You will produce intelligence briefs and strategic assessments on foreign defense industries and military capabilities, supporting policymakers and defense stakeholders.

Position: PRK All-Source Analyst

Location: JBAB, Washington, DC

LCAT: Mid

Required clearance and polygraph: Active TS/SCI and willingness to take polygraph. Candidates with current CI poly conducted within the past seven years highly prioritized.

Required experience and education: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source analytics, OR 7+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree.

Description:

You'll use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country’s ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ its military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors.

As an All-Source Analyst on our team, you’ll provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. You’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.

Required qualifications:

• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• Active TS/SCI clearance. Current CI polygraph preferred.
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source analytics, or 7+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree

Desired qualifications

• 3+ years of experience withdefense industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels.
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
• Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR
