Qualifications

• Minimum of 15+ years in the property and casualty insurance industry focused on workers' compensation.
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience with P&L accountability.
• Ability to travel as needed.

• Identify strategic brokers and facilitate partnerships.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to division staff.
