Job summary

Ascot Group seeks an accomplished Senior VP, Claims Strategy, Operations & Alternative Risk to shape the U.S. Claims function.

You will lead operations, strategy, and TPA governance, partnering with other executives to drive transformation and superior outcomes. You will guide transformation initiatives, optimize processes, and oversee cross-functional programs, captive arrangements, and data-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 15+ years of progressive insurance industry experience with significant claims leadership.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise claims strategies.
• Experience delivering large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading Programs, Captives, Alternative Risk or loss-sensitive portfolios.
• Experience leading TPA governance, claims outsourcing programs and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the U.S. Chief Claims Officer on claims strategy and operational performance.
• Develop and execute the long-term strategic roadmap, operating model, and transformation for the U.S. Claims organization.
• Lead claims operations and enterprise transformation, including process redesign, automation, and digitization.
• Oversee TPAs, Programs, Captives, and Alternative Risk portfolios and associated governance.
• Partner with executive leadership to align priorities, accelerate execution, and drive growth and profitability.
