Storm4 is seeking a Senior Vice President of Construction for Data Centers to lead a national portfolio from preconstruction through turnover. This executive will own strategy, operating model, governance, and performance across multi-region developments while ensuring safety, quality, and customer commitments.

The role requires 15+ years in data center construction with proven leadership of large teams, strong commercial acumen, and deep systems knowledge.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive construction, engineering, or program delivery experience.
• Executive leadership experience within hyperscale, colocation, or mission-critical data centers.
• Proven accountability for a multi-project or multi-region construction portfolio.
• Track record of building and leading senior construction organizations.
• Experience delivering major capital programs from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
• Strong commercial budgeting, forecasting, contracting, change management, and claims resolution.
• Deep understanding of data center electrical, mechanical, controls, civil, structural, and architectural systems.
• Established relationships across the data center construction and equipment supply ecosystem.

Senior Vice President of Construction - Data Centers

This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished construction executive to lead delivery across a rapidly expanding national portfolio of hyperscale and colocation data center developments.

The Senior Vice President of Construction will own the enterprise construction strategy, operating model, and performance of multiple large-scale developments, from preconstruction through commissioning and operational turnover.

This individual will lead a national construction organization and ensure projects are delivered safely, predictably, and in line with customer commitments and investment objectives.

This is a high-impact role for a proven data center leader who can combine portfolio-level strategy, commercial accountability, and organizational leadership with a detailed understanding of complex project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
