Our SVP of Talent Management is passionate, strategic, and an inspiring leader with a deep understanding of influencer marketing and digital talent management.

As the SVP of Talent Management, you'll bring vision, leadership, and a robust network to the industry’s premier influencer management agency. You will guide and grow a high-performing team dedicated to building the careers of exclusive digital talent, while also spearheading new business opportunities that drive revenue and brand partnerships.

As a member of the executive leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the agency—developing talent, strengthening team collaboration, and expanding our sales pipeline through outbound efforts, strategic pitches, and industry relationships.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of motivated talent managers, providing strategic oversight and career development support.
  • Inspire excellence across your team by setting a high standard for client service, thought leadership, and collaboration.
  • Oversee daily operations for your department including goal setting, performance reviews, workflow optimization, and hiring.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for exclusive talent—providing strategic input on brand opportunities, content direction, and long-term career planning.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, brand, events, and execution teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and deliverables.

Sales & Business Development

  • Proactively build outbound opportunities for talent managers by cultivating relationships with key brand partners, agencies, and platforms.
  • Lead the ideation and packaging of new pitch concepts tailored to brand objectives and talent capabilities.
  • Identify market trends, vertical-specific opportunities, and brand targets to develop proactive sales initiatives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase inbound and outbound deal flow for exclusive clients—leveraging both personal networks and team outreach efforts.
  • Represent the agency at industry events, pitch meetings, and networking opportunities to promote talent and agency services.
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of warm brand leads and support the talent team in upselling ongoing relationships into long-term partnerships.

Strategic Oversight & Innovation

  • Lead cross-functional brainstorms to develop platform-appropriate concepts and integrated brand campaigns.
  • Monitor the evolving digital landscape and apply innovations to strengthen client campaigns and agency service offerings.
  • Partner with the executive team to identify new service verticals, internal tools, or business models that drive growth.
  • Contribute to the broader strategic vision and planning alongside Co-CEOs and parent company initiatives.
  • Serve as a key member of the leadership team, reporting to Co-CEOs and aligning departmental goals with company-wide strategy.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to ensure transparency, accountability, and cohesion in campaign execution.
  • Partner with Co-CEOs on recruiting and retaining top-tier team members.
  • Foster a strong, inclusive, and collaborative team culture grounded in mentorship, innovation, and accountability.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or digital strategy—agency or talent-first experience preferred.
  • Proven success in leadership roles, with experience managing high-performing teams and scaling departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and close deals across a range of verticals and social platforms.
  • Deep understanding of social media, platform trends, FTC guidelines, and digital monetization strategies.
  • Strong network of industry contacts across brand, agency, and entertainment sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; a compelling presenter and strategic thinker.
  • Skilled in project management, performance tracking, and team development.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and bias for action.
