• Strong communication and collaboration across business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set the product vision for the Compliance Monitoring offering.
• Lead a cross-functional pod of product, engineering and operations to execute the vision.
• Define target-state capabilities, workflows, and business processes addressing client segment requirements.
• Gather, document, and refine business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for solution design and delivery.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to deployment and ongoing enhancements.
• Use data, metrics and feedback to evaluate outcomes and improve product performance.
