Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in product management within securities finance or related financial services.
• Strong knowledge of securities lending, collateral, financing workflows, market infrastructure, and client servicing models.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in highly controlled environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision, strategy, priorities, and multi-year roadmap for Securities Finance products and capabilities.
• Own business requirements, feature definitions, and business cases aligned with client needs, market trends, and regulations.
• Partner with technology and cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements, platform modernization, and scalable capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams on commercialization, go-to-market readiness, and client communications.
• Oversee product performance, risk, controls, and governance through KPIs and revenue/operational metrics.
• Represent the product organization in senior forums and mentor junior product managers while driving innovation.
