Job summary

BNY is seeking a senior leader to fill the role of SVP, Product Owner – Performance & Compliance, Fund & Investor Solutions. This position is based in Boston, MA or Lake Mary, FL and leads a cross-functional pod to deliver market-leading performance measurement capabilities for asset owners and managers.

You will gather requirements, define target-state workflows, drive end-to-end product lifecycle, and partner with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 8+ years of overall experience is required.
• Significant experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, platform delivery, or business transformation within financial services.
• Preferred experience in performance measurement and attribution at an asset manager or asset owner.
• Preferred experience working with business process design, operational workflows, controls, and data dependencies in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Set the product vision for performance and attribution capabilities to support Asset Owner and Asset Manager clients.
• Lead a cross-functional pod across business, technology, and operations to execute the product vision.
• Define target-state capabilities, workflows, and business processes to improve scalability, transparency, and efficiency.
• Gather, document, and refine business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile delivery.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to ongoing enhancement.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to identify needs, gaps, dependencies, and risks and translate them into delivery priorities.
• Use data, metrics, and feedback to evaluate outcomes and improve product performance and user experience.
• Promote collaboration, transparency, and accountability across delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and guidance to clients and colleagues; contribute to broader strategic initiatives.
