The hiring range for this role is:

201,392.00 - 282,440.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may be based on factors including competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual bonus incentive pay.

The Senior Vice President Pharmacy Supply Chain is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping organizational success, strategy, and operations of Synergie's pharmacy supply chain solutions, including engagement with pharmacy network providers and vendors. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead growth in a critical healthcare segment.

Primary Job Functions

1. Leads strategy, implementation, operations, and financial analysis of pharmacy supply chain pricing contracts for health plan clients and PBMs.
2. Implements processes for effective management of the pharmacy supply chain, ensuring drug contract compliance and strategy communication.
3. Collaborates with Blue Cross Blue Shield organizations to ensure operational and financial success with plan stakeholders.
4. Develops operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize performance and outcomes.
5. Monitors and improves the financial and operational performance of pharmacy supply chain products.
6. Builds and leads a team, fostering a culture of service and performance.

Education, Experience, and Certification

Education

Required: Bachelor's Degree

Preferred: Master's Degree

Experience

Required: 15 years in senior healthcare finance, underwriting, operations, or supply chain leadership.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience in the prescription drug delivery industry and data management tools.
• Proven leadership in complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong background in pharmacy benefits, networks, and healthcare payer operations.
• Knowledge of financial controls, auditing, customer service, claims, market research, and contract administration.
• Experience with Blue Cross Blue Shield plans is preferred.
• Track record of executing growth initiatives in healthcare.
• Leadership skills in setting vision, coaching, and delivering results.
• Analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Hands-on problem-solving approach.
• Ability to influence health plan leaders positively.
