Job summary

Critical Mass is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Performance Media, Planning to lead the overarching investment, audience, and channel allocation strategies for a high-impact client portfolio.

You will translate complex client goals into cross-channel media blueprints, leveraging data networks and AI-driven planning engines to maximize performance and maintain agency margins.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in a major media network or data-centric consultancy.
• Experience with proprietary holding company data networks, clean rooms, and identity graphs.
• Proven ability to forecast media investments and present technical business cases to procurement/finance leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic planning across Search, Social, Programmatic, Commerce, and Emerging Channels.
• Build algorithmic media models using AI tools and identity data to forecast outcomes (CAC, LTV, revenue).
• Oversee budget governance and ensure profitability across client accounts and real-time reallocations based on performance signals.
• Advise senior client leaders including Fortune 100 CMOs with data-backed media strategies.
