Job summary

Century Housing Corporation seeks a Senior Vice President, People & Organizational Effectiveness, to lead enterprise-wide HR strategy and systems. You will align workforce design, performance architecture, and compensation with long-term priorities, partnering with executives to strengthen accountability and leadership development.

The role focuses on building durable HR infrastructure, improving retention, and guiding growth across multiple business lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12-15+ years progressive HR leadership experience, including performance and compensation systems design.
• Deep knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience designing and implementing performance and compensation frameworks and systems.
• Experience leading change within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Performance, Compensation & Organizational Effectiveness: lead workforce planning, design compensation, and establish performance standards.
• Organizational Design and Workforce Planning: develop job architecture, align with financial objectives, build career pathways.
• Leadership Development & Capacity Building: identify gaps, implement training, coach leaders, and foster team effectiveness.
• People Systems & Infrastructure: strengthen HR systems, control costs, ensure compliance, and optimize analytics.
