Job summary

Everspring, based in Chicago, IL, seeks a Senior Vice President of Human Resources to shape and elevate its people function during a critical growth phase.

The role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership, building scalable programs, shaping culture, and leveraging data and AI to enhance recruitment, development, and organizational effectiveness. Hybrid schedule with in-office days is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; business or HR degree a plus.
• S-PHR or SHRM-SCP Certification required.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience with mid-sized services-based businesses (e-commerce/tech/customer service).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Operational and project management capability; strategist and doer.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic vision for human capital, including talent, design, compensation, onboarding, training, development, and culture.
• Lead Talent Acquisition & Development and build a scalable talent strategy.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting and exceptional candidate experience.
• Develop and execute data-driven workforce plans and leadership development.
• Lead compensation, benefits, and budget management with KPI discipline.
• Champion modern HR systems, AI-driven processes, and employee experience initiatives.
