Job summary

Verndale LLC is seeking an SVP, People to join its executive leadership team. This role will professionalize and scale the firm’s people function across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM, driving leadership development, performance management, compensation, benefits, L&D, culture, and HR operations.

The VP/Head will partner with executives to design organizational structure, forecast workforce needs, and build scalable policies and programs that align talent with strategic growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership with executive impact.
• Experience in professional services or consulting organizations.
• Certified senior HR professional (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or GPHR).
• Ability to design data-driven people strategies with ROI metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of scalable people systems and policies.
• Advise the CEO and exec team on organizational design and workforce strategy.
• Oversee talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
• Drive learning, culture, engagement, and leadership development.
• Oversee HR operations across the US, Canada, and LATAM.
