Job summary

Symetri seeks a Senior Vice President to lead the Owner's Division, owning the vision, plan, and P&L with an entrepreneur's mindset. You will launch the Geminus Platform, scale Symetri Tech, and forge strategic partnerships to unlock the next growth chapter for the company.

The role requires deep leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of building high-performing teams while driving durable profitability.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of progressive leadership experience with P&L ownership.
• Experience running a division or large business unit.
• Proven track record launching platforms and scaling businesses.

Responsibilities

• Own the division's strategic plan and annual operating plan.
• Lead launch of the Geminus Platform and drive growth for Symetri Tech.
• Drive services growth and build a differentiated offerings portfolio.
• Develop industry strategies and identify whitespace opportunities.
• Take full ownership of the division's P&L and EBITDA.
• Lead growth through new markets, offerings, and partnerships.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships to accelerate expansion.
