Job summary

Synchrony is seeking an SVP of Strategy – Digital to chart growth for the Digital platforms. You will partner with the Executive Leadership Team, the CEO of the Digital platform, and business leaders to identify strategic opportunities and shape the annual plan.

Relocation assistance is provided, and travel up to 20% is expected. The role offers a competitive USD salary range with incentive targets; you will lead with data-driven insights and influence cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years in management consulting or financial services/payments/consumer finance.
• 5+ years driving strategy for growth including new products or offerings.
• 3+ years direct team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SLT, Digital CEO and business leaders to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive the vision of competitive landscape trends and strategize with partners.
• Ensure Digital strategy aligns with long-term company goals.
• Translate strategies into targeted actions and programs for growth.
• Partner with M&A, Ventures to define aligned acquisition/partnership strategy.
• Lead key projects and perform other duties as assigned.
