Job summary

TAK Broadband seeks a Senior Vice President of Operations, Construction to lead nationwide telecommunications construction operations. You will drive revenue growth, margin improvements, and safety excellence while reporting to the COO and guiding a team of VPs across markets.

The role requires building scalable people, systems, and processes to achieve $400MM+ in annual revenue with strong safety, quality, and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in telecom construction, infrastructure, or related field.
• 7+ years at VP level or equivalent managing multi-market P&L and large-scale programs.
• Experience scaling operations to $400MM+ revenue.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a nationwide zero-incident safety culture across markets.
• Own the P&L for nationwide telecom construction operations, including BAU and large projects.
• Lead VPs overseeing geographically dispersed markets and ensure consistent execution.
• Partner with COO to develop strategy, capacity plans, and annual budgets for growth to $400MM+ revenue.
• Drive standardization of processes, workflows, and systems across markets.
• Oversee unit economics, revenue, productivity, and margin performance.
