Job summary

Eurest in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior Vice President, Military Operations to lead multi-site food manufacturing and/or foodservice operations. This executive will set strategic direction, drive financial stewardship, and partner with senior leaders to deliver growth, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across locations.

This role requires extensive travel and a track record of operations leadership, P&L accountability, and transformational change in high-growth environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• MBA or related discipline strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive executive-level operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-site operations within food manufacturing, foodservice, hospitality, or related industries.
• Proven track record delivering operational excellence and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide leadership for operations including production, quality, supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and field operations.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Drive operational excellence and monitor KPIs to improve productivity, service levels, quality, safety, and profitability.
• Lead large, geographically dispersed teams and foster accountability and high performance.
• Lead transformation initiatives, process improvements, and organizational change efforts.
• Build partnerships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders while representing the organization.
