Job summary

Eurest USA is seeking a Senior Vice President of Military Operations to provide strategic direction, operational leadership, and financial stewardship across a multi-site organization. You will lead large-scale operations, drive growth, ensure compliance, and build a high-performing culture focused on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will partner with senior leaders to execute the company’s long-term vision while delivering exceptional operational results and financial performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or related discipline strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive executive-level operations leadership experience.
• Significant experience leading multi-site operations in food manufacturing, foodservice, hospitality, or related industries.
• Experience in high-growth, transformational, private equity-backed, and/or turnaround environments is highly desirable.
• Military leadership, service, and/or operational experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide leadership for operations, including production, quality, supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and field operations.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that support growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Drive operational excellence across multiple sites and functions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to improve productivity, service levels, quality, safety, and profitability.
• Lead large, geographically dispersed teams and foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Serve as executive sponsor for major transformation initiatives and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, Quality, and Supply Chain to align execution with business goals.
• Ensure consistent execution of policies, procedures, compliance standards, and risk management.
