Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking a Senior Vice President, Advisory Strategy - Access Marketing to guide strategic partnerships with external clients and lead our internal advisory team. This role blends macro thinking with hands-on execution across access initiatives.

You will lead a cross-disciplinary team, oversee research insights, and ensure seamless integration of advisory and marketing strategies, while driving growth and client impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in related field (public health, policy, marketing, business).
• 15+ years strategic planning or marketing experience, preferably in market access.
• Experience leading market access/patient access strategy across launch to portfolio brands.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and guide market/patient access strategy for key clients.
• Build and manage a team of subject matter experts in market access.
• Oversee qualitative and quantitative research analysis.
• Integrate access marketing with overall brand strategy and messaging.
• Lead workshops, training, and client engagements.
