Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking a SVP, Advisory Strategy – Access Marketing to guide strategy partnerships with external access clients and to oversee growth of the internal Advisory strategy team. You’ll balance macro strategy with hands-on execution in a cross-disciplinary Access Marketing offer.

You will lead market/patient access strategy development, governance of research insights, and the integration of advisory and marketing activities across bold, client-facing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in market access/patient access strategy across pre-launch, launch, mature and portfolio brands.
• Strong leadership in cross-disciplinary, fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex health policy into strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Advise and develop comprehensive market/patient access strategy for client needs.
• Build and manage a team of experts in access strategy, pricing, contracting, and patient services.
• Oversee and interpret qualitative/quantitative research for market access stakeholders.
• Lead integration of Advisory strategy with Marketing and brand plans.
