Job summary

Sinch seeks an SVP of Email to lead Mailgun end-to-end, owning strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and regional teams to accelerate growth and establish Mailgun as Sinch's standard for enterprise-grade email.

The role requires deep leadership across product and engineering and a strong customer-centric mindset. You will simplify the portfolio, sharpen strategy, and drive a unified customer experience while expanding the ecosystem with

Qualifications

12-15+ years across product management, engineering leadership, and business leadership in senior executive roles.
Experience scaling SaaS/API-first platforms with self-service, product-led growth, enterprise sales, and partner motions.
Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership, pricing, and portfolio investment decisions.

Responsibilities

Set the Email strategy and operating model; own vision, priorities, investments, and rhythm for Mailgun.
Lead product, engineering, and platform execution to deliver a first-class Mailgun offering in Sinch Build.
Build and mentor high-performing teams with strong execution discipline and customer focus.
Drive growth, revenue, gross margin, pricing, and enterprise expansion through data-driven decisions.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, customer success, and regional teams to accelerate adoption.
