Job summary

Sinch Mailgun is seeking an SVP of Email to lead Mailgun end-to-end as a senior product and engineering executive. You will own strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes for Mailgun, collaborating with sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and regional teams to accelerate growth and deliver an enterprise-grade email experience.

The role targets scaling Mailgun into Sinch Build as a first-class offering for developers, platforms, and enterprises, driving customer value and market

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in product management, engineering leadership, and business leadership.
• Experience leading product and engineering teams with full delivery responsibility.
• Track record scaling SaaS, API-first, developer platforms, or CPaaS/communications products.
• Strong commercial acumen including pricing, profitability, and portfolio decisions.
• Customer-centric with focus on onboarding, deliverability, and retention for developers and enterprises.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional teams across regions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Mailgun's email strategy and operating model.
• Lead product, engineering, and platform execution with strong delivery discipline.
• Bring Email into Sinch Build as a first-class offering.
• Drive revenue growth, margins, pricing, and product-led growth metrics.
• Strengthen Mailgun's market position as an API-first email platform.
• Unify the customer experience across sending, deliverability, analytics, onboarding, and billing.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to sharpen positioning and expand pipeline.
• Build for enterprise scale with security, governance, and compliance.
