Job summary

The Related Group seeks a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Construction to lead field oversight for its luxury condo portfolio in South Florida. The role requires regular on-site presence to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget, coordinating with developers, general contractors, and trade partners.

Responsibilities include preconstruction planning, budget control, quality assurance, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive construction management experience with luxury multi-family projects.
• Strong budget, cost-control, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all active luxury multi-family/condominium construction projects (approx. 10 sites) across South Florida.
• Walk sites regularly to monitor progress, identify issues, and protect schedule and budget.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for COO and executives.
