Job summary

Related Group is seeking a VP of Construction to lead the condo portfolio in South Florida, coordinating with Development, Construction, and executive teams through all project phases. Travel to active job sites is expected, with a focus on ensuring proper planning, budgets, and contracts are managed.

The role engages closely with development partners, architects, and contractors to keep programs on track and deliver high-quality, market‑leading residential communities across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15–20 years in construction, development, project management, or related field.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, contracts, and project documentation.
• Willingness to travel regularly to active construction sites throughout South Florida.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Development team on projects from early planning through construction.
• Oversee multiple condo projects in South Florida during construction.
• Track project schedules, budgets, milestones, and progress.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Support contract administration and document changes throughout the project lifecycle.
