Knowtion Health is seeking a Senior Vice President and General Manager - Solutions Management to lead growth, profitability, and strategic direction for one or more solution lines. You will own the P&L, define the solution roadmap, and drive revenue, margin, and client outcomes while aligning Sales, Marketing, Service Delivery, and Engineering around shared priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (healthcare administration, business, finance) required; MBA/MHA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in healthcare technology, services, or solutions.
• 7+ years of senior leadership experience with P&L or business-unit accountability (healthcare)
• Experience owning solution lifecycle: market definition, roadmap, pricing, launch, and performance management.
• Ability to communicate with executives and board audiences; translate value into a business case.

Responsibilities

• Owns the P&L for one or more solution lines, including revenue growth and margin across services and software.
• Owns solution strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market priorities; defines direction and commercial trajectory.
• Owns market strategy, competitive positioning, and market opportunity assessment.
• Leads commercialization and go-to-market activities, including pricing, packaging, and partnerships with Sales.
• Owns client outcomes, adoption, and utilization, driving retention and expansion.
