Confident Search is partnering with a data center and AI infrastructure platform to appoint an SVP Finance to head the finance function and partner with the executive team on a clear path to CFO. The SVP Finance will lead relationships with investors and lenders, own capital strategy across debt, construction financing and equity, and structure complex project economics.

Qualifications

• Substantial principal-side infrastructure transaction experience.
• Experience financing digital infrastructure projects (data centers, power, adjacent real assets).
• Ability to build and lead a finance function and scale capital markets activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationships with infrastructure investors, lenders and strategic capital partners.
• Own the capital strategy across project debt, construction financing and equity.
• Structure complex asset-level and platform-level transactions.
• Translate offtake agreements and development plans into bankable project economics.
• Build the finance function and serve as a commercial partner to the leadership team.
