Role Overview
The SVP, Finance and Accounting will lead Appgate’s global accounting function and oversee financial reporting, compliance, tax, internal controls, and systems. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role also includes oversight of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to ensure alignment across accounting and strategic financial planning the SVP, Finance and Accounting will regularly present financial results, key metrics, and risk considerations to the Board of Directors, serving as a key contributor to financial transparency and strategic decision-making.
The incumbent will manage a team of 11 professionals based in Colombia, Mexico, and the United States, while also helping to build and shape the culture of the New York office.
