We are seeking a highly experienced and networked DeFi / Finance expert for a globally focussed Business Development leadership role.

• US or UK Based, remote working

The Role

Utilising your experience and connections within the global Financial, Trading and Banking sectors, you will be driving partnerships with institutional businesses for the next gen of DeFi & FinTech product engagement.

Managing a remote global team, you will be driving strategic approach across Business Development, Marketing, and engagement with leading financial organisations around the world. Ensuring this top10 blockchain company is at the forefront of product development and partnerships.

The Candidate

This stand out opportunity requires someone with deep networks and connections with leading intuitions, VCs, Funds and banking groups. Being able to leverage off your years in the Finance, Banking and Fintech markets, whilst also driving growth and mass adoption in these sectors.

• 10/15 years + Experience in Banking, Finance, Fintech, Web3
• Solid Technical skill set and a deep understanding of Web3 sector
• Proven Business Development, Growth and Partnership background
• Highly commercial, with the ability to manage internationally
• Track record of major deal brokering. Excellent Industry network
