Reporting directly to the CEO and executive team, you will evolve the credit operating system, scale risk, analytics, and decisioning capabilities, and drive self-service analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven background building risk-aware credit organizations.
• Experience guiding data-driven decisioning at executive level.
• Strong track record in analytics to inform risk and growth decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own credit strategy across originations, renewals, portfolio management, and monitoring.
• Establish portfolio health frameworks and forward-looking risk indicators.
• Drive pricing, approval, exposure and policy decisions.
• Identify opportunities to grow while maintaining disciplined risk performance.
• Lead Analytics and Data Science capabilities and guide ML roadmap.
