Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations experience in Financial Services or a Fintech firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Credit Operations department with three main functions.
• Manage and coordinate large operational groups effectively.
• Develop training, policies, and procedures for operational teams.
• Continuously research areas for improvement in Credit operations.
• Utilize data analysis to identify operational improvements.
