Revolution Medicines is seeking a Senior/Executive Director to own and evolve Portfolio Systems and Intelligence, ensuring leaders have integrated data, insights, tools, and decision-support for portfolio health and strategic trade-offs. The role partners with IT and serves as a strategic advisor to the Head of Portfolio & Pipeline Strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in portfolio management, strategy, or related function in biotech/pharma.
• Experience with portfolio governance and cross-functional coordination at the program level.
• Strong systems thinking and data fluency for portfolio tracking and dashboards.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and executive presence with senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve Portfolio Systems strategy and roadmap including platforms, data infra and dashboards.
• Build integrated intelligence by synthesizing Clinical, Regulatory, CMC, Commercialization, and Finance inputs.
• Partner with IT to translate requirements into scalable tech and integration solutions.
• Lead cross-portfolio analyses, scenario planning, and pipeline reviews; scope projects with minimal direction.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for portfolio leadership and governance.
