Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a closely related domain.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience leading discovery and requirements definition activities.
• Developing capability in data analytics and product measurement.
• Experience using agile delivery and issue-tracking tools (for example, Jira and Figma).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective product demonstrations for varied audiences.
• Experience delivering initiatives through the software development life cycle from concept to production.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong risk awareness and ability to manage delivery tradeoffs with partners.

As a Product Manager in Business Banking you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. • Experience working in Agile delivery environments, including backlog management, sprint planning support, and iterative release execution.
• Experience with account opening and/or business banking.
