Qualifications

• 5+ years in product and/or engineering roles within fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Experience with digital banking platforms used by small business customers.
• Ability to translate customer and market feedback into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design system behavior and end-to-end product specifications using AI-assisted workflows.
• Translate business requirements into buildable specifications and APIs.
• Collaborate with Architect and Shipper to ensure delivery and quality.
