You will own the product roadmap, manage vendor partnerships, and lead cross-functional efforts to extend platform capabilities using cutting-edge tech, including AI, while maintaining best practices and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10–15 years in a product or technology role at a core banking vendor or major client.
• Significant Finxact core banking platform experience preferred.
• Established reputation in the core banking space among peers.
• Deep expertise in cloud-based concepts (APIs, webhooks, CI/CD).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Experience with vendor management and platform governance.
• Ability to drive a product roadmap with emerging tech like generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the core banking platforms.
• Lead vendor relationships and ensure support and SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on platform direction.
• Leverage emerging tech, including generative AI, to optimize workflows.
• Communicate direction to IT capability and ensure best practices.
