Insight Global are seeking an experienced SVP, Conventional Trust Operations for a leading financial services organisation.

This position requires 4 days onsite in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

In this leadership role, you will oversee a trade processing operations function responsible for managing the full trade lifecycle through settlement. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, strengthen controls and risk management practices, and lead teams through periods of transformation and change.

You will be responsible for developing managers and teams, improving service delivery, partnering with senior stakeholders across the business, and identifying opportunities to leverage automation, digital initiatives, and AI to enhance operational performance.

Must-Have Requirements Include:

• Proven leadership experience managing and developing large operational teams.
• Strong background in trade processing, reconciliation, operational controls, and risk management.
• Experience leading business transformation initiatives and successfully managing organisational change.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop managers and team members.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leadership across multiple functions.
• Financial services operations experience within trade processing, asset servicing, trust operations, or a related environment.

Plusses Include:

• Experience within Corporate Trust, Conventional Trust, trustee services, bond administration, or asset servicing.
• Exposure to automation, digital transformation, AI implementation, or straight-through-processing (STP) initiatives.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed or global teams.
• Track record of driving operational efficiency improvements while reducing risk and enhancing controls.
