Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior VP/CISO to lead enterprise information security across the organization. You will shape strategy, governance, and regulatory compliance while aligning security with business growth.

You will oversee security operations, threat intelligence, incident response, and third-party risk management, working with 2LOD and Compliance. A strong leadership background and relevant certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive information security leadership experience.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing enterprise cybersecurity programs.
• Experience managing third-party cyber risk and vendor security assessments.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, CEH preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise information security strategy and governance.
• Lead security operations, threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Oversee third-party risk management and vendor security assessments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with FFIEC/NCUA guidance and privacy laws.
• Collaborate with risk, IT, legal, and compliance teams.
• Report to executives and regulators on security posture and remediation.
