Job summary
SAP SuccessFactors is seeking an engineering leader to accelerate Autonomous HCM, scale platform capabilities, and drive AI-powered transformation across HR, talent, and workforce planning. The role reports to the GM and CPO, shaping an ambitious engineering roadmap for a global customer base.
You will lead a 1,000+ strong global engineering organization, promoting ownership, technical excellence, and relentless customer focus while partnering across product and go-to-market teams to deliver
Qualifications
- 15+ years engineering leadership experience with global teams
- 5+ years leading large teams (500+ engineers) delivering AI-powered enterprise SaaS
- Proven track record of technology transitions toward AI-native architectures
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, LLM-based agent frameworks, cloud infrastructure and enterprise data platforms
- Experience shipping AI-powered/AI-native enterprise products at scale from prototype to GA
Responsibilities
- Manage engineering budgets and resource allocation with rigor
- Own engineering strategy and execution for SAP SuccessFactors across HR, talent, learning, workforce planning and AI capabilities
- Lead and grow a global engineering organization of 1,000+ engineers
- Drive delivery of Autonomous HCM with AI agents that take action and connect data to outcomes
- Partner with CPO and product leadership to translate vision into concrete roadmaps
- Ensure SAP's enterprise data foundation powers new AI capabilities
- Drive high-velocity, high-quality delivery via AI-assisted development, CD, DevOps
- Transform engineering practices and operating models to stay at the leading edge
- Build and maintain SAP's platform extensibility and partner ecosystem
- Represent engineering leadership externally with customers, analysts, and partners
