Job summary

World Business Lenders is seeking an experienced executive to lead the Asset Resolution Department. You will provide strategic legal direction for nationwide default litigation, oversee counsel, and align recovery strategies with portfolio performance.

This role requires JD, bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, and a track record managing high-volume litigation and outside counsel relationships. You will partner with executives to maximize recoveries while controlling risk and costs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active U.S. license.
• Experience in high-volume litigation portfolio management.
• Practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and legal oversight for Asset Resolution across nationwide defaults.
• Direct foreclosure, bankruptcy, and other recovery strategies with external counsel.
• Manage outside counsel relationships and legal spending.
• Develop executive reporting and portfolio analytics on recoveries and costs.
• Set policies and standards to improve compliance and operational efficiency.
