Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of substantive legal experience overseeing multi-state foreclosure/default litigation.
• Experience managing attorneys and legal staff; ability to lead without direct caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nationwide default litigation and asset resolution strategies for non-performing commercial real estate loans.
• Manage external counsel, budgets, invoices, and outside spend.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track recovery performance and portfolio risk.
