Citi in India is seeking an SVP, Lead Analytics Product & Delivery Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of People Insights and Organizational Effectiveness products and platforms.

The role requires strong product leadership, AI expertise, stakeholder management, and governance to deliver business value within Citi's control framework. You will guide teams across Data Science, Data Engineering, Technology, and HR, driving adoption and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering analytics or AI-enabled products from concept through deployment and adoption.
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, roadmap, and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap for People Insights and Organizational Effectiveness.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of analytics and AI products from discovery to deployment and adoption.
• Partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Technology to ensure scalable, secure, usable solutions.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and present product strategies and outcomes to executives.
• Build and coach a team of product managers and develop capabilities in discovery and delivery.
