Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a transformational Senior Vice President, Americas Sales to lead our go-to-market strategy and drive ARR growth across the Americas. This executive will lead a large enterprise sales organization while partnering with Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Marketing, Product, and partners to maximize customer value.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of enterprise software sales leadership, a track record of revenue growth, and experience guiding transformations

• 15+ years of sales leadership experience in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Proven ability to lead large revenue organizations and growth.
• Experience guiding transformations and acquisitions.

• Define and execute Americas go-to-market strategy to accelerate ARR growth.
• Lead and develop sales leaders and teams across market segments.

• Evolve sales motions for AI-enabled, outcome-based buying journeys.
• Coach, enable, and develop talent with rigorous execution.
