Job summary

Osaic is seeking a strategic SVP, Executive Technology to lead enterprise software development across front and back-office systems. You will shape the technology strategy, drive agile delivery, and build high-performing teams across multiple locations.

You will oversee architecture, QA, vendor management, and roadmap delivery while collaborating with executive leadership to modernize processes and adopt AI-driven product development. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

15+ years of leadership experience in technology organizations.
12-15+ years of software development experience with increasing responsibility.
Strong ability to inspire, mentor and manage geographically distributed teams.
Excellent relationship management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a software development strategy across front and back-office applications.
Develop platforms to support current and future product and service offerings.
Lead multiple teams and manage design, testing, and deployment processes.
