Job summary
Osaic is seeking an SVP, Application Development & Engineering to lead enterprise software development for front and back office systems. You will drive architecture, delivery, and performance across multiple platforms while guiding vendors and collaborating with technology and business leaders.
The role requires 12-15+ years of leadership and software development experience in financial services, with a focus on Agile, DevOps, and modern software practices.
Qualifications
- 12-15+ years of leadership experience managing technology teams.
- 12-15+ years of software development experience with increasing responsibility.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and related regulations.
- Ability to mentor, motivate and manage geographically dispersed teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a software development strategy across front and back office applications.
- Build strong relationships with peers and stakeholders to accelerate delivery.
- Lead multiple teams in design, development, testing, and production support.
- Ensure architecture guidance and SDLC adherence across projects/systems.
- Manage vendor relationships and contract execution to meet IT standards.
- Provide counsel to CTO and senior leaders on technology strategy and investments.
