Qualifications

12-15+ years of leadership experience managing and/or directing technology teams.
12-15+ years of software development experience, in roles of increasing responsibility.
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Fluent in Agile methodologies, DevOps, and modern software design and QA practices.

Responsibilities

Define and execute software development strategy across front and back office applications.
Oversee multiple teams delivering design, development and maintenance of platforms.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLAs and contracts meet IT standards.
Partner with CTO and senior leaders on strategic technology decisions and budgets.
