Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of leadership experience managing technology teams.
• 12–15+ years of software development experience in roles of increasing responsibility.
• Experience in financial services industry preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across geographically diverse locations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a software development strategy across front and back office systems.
• Build relationships with peers and stakeholders to increase execution velocity and quality.
• Accelerate AI-first product development within the organization.
• Oversee multiple teams in design, development and maintenance of platforms.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise goals and manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Develop and implement SQA strategies and oversee SDLC adherence.
• Collaborate with Enterprise PMO and Product Management on metrics.
