Job summary

Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. is looking for an Operations Clerk in Mobile, AL to support the operations team with administrative tasks and driver coordination. You will handle routine paperwork, scheduling, and customer communications to ensure smooth freight movement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and emails promptly to provide customer service and set appointments.
• Prepare and maintain daily paperwork to move freight and manage DOT files.
• Scan documents such as Bill of Lading and Delivery Receipts into the system.
• Assist supervisors with assigning drivers to routes and processing paperwork.
• Prepare transportation documents including dock delivery/drop offs and damage/overage reports.
