Responsibilities

• Enter appointments in the computer in a timely manner.
• Respond to emails and assist customers with status of shipments and Bill of Ladings.
• Help customers correctly complete labels and freight documentation.
• Provide Service 2.OD to internal and external customers.

This role will successfully schedule company appointments to current and potential customers or clients in a fast paced high call volume environment via phone, e-mail, and records time and date of appointments in the AS400 system database or other company/internal freight monitoring system used within the company. Appointment Clerks are a critical member to our OD Family; they help us keep promises to our customers.
