Job summary

The Suzuki Association of The Americas Inc invites applications for qualified Suzuki instructors at The Suzuki Music Schools. Provide weekly private Suzuki lessons year round, teach group classes, attend faculty meetings, student recitals, workshops and concerts.

Opportunities for chamber music and summer events are available. Availability to teach Saturday is preferred. Salary is competitive; health benefits and a 401(k) pension plan are offered to qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Suzuki Method registered training through book 4.
• Current member of SAA.
• Master’s degree and teaching experience required.
• Self-motivation, kindness, and enthusiasm are favored.

The Suzuki Music Schools is a non‑profit 501(c)3 community Suzuki School offering violin, viola, cello, bass, flute, guitar, voice, harp, piano, ECE, chamber music, and theory.
