Job summary

Beacon Mobility is seeking an SUV Driver to safely transport students using a company-provided SUV. The role includes enrollment in a training program to obtain required endorsements and progress toward licensure while delivering reliable, student-focused service.

You will follow routes, perform pre/post inspections, and communicate with dispatch and school staff to ensure safety and compliance throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Valid regular (Class D) driver’s license.
• Clean driving record and strong attendance.
• Commitment to completing training and obtaining Passenger (P) endorsement.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and DOT physical.
• Professional, reliable, and student-focused.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students following assigned routes and schedules.
• Ensure student safety during pick-up, transit, and drop-off.

VTC Bus Corp. We are looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious SUV Driver to join our student transportation team. In this transitional role, the driver will operate a company-provided SUV using a regular (non-CDL) driver’s license to safely transport students to and from school and related activities. While in this role, the driver will be actively enrolled in a training program with the goal of obtaining the required endorsements.

• Safely transport students following assigned routes and schedules

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr - Preservice Training (1 week) $21.50/hr - Once endorsements are achieved
