Job summary

You will collaborate with engineering, quality and production teams to translate concepts into efficient, compliant operations. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, equipment introduction, work instructions, and validation of processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading process improvement projects.
• Experience in textile production environments preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to identify issues and risks in NPD and manufacturing.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for medical textiles.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and specify equipment needs.
• Create work instructions and validate equipment and processes.
• Support daily braid, textile manufacturing, assembly, and sterile packaging.
